Role Based Security
A security feature within our HRMS that restricts user access to certain areas of information. For instance, an owner has access to every employee’s payroll and benefits information, while each employee only has access to his/her own information.
Time and Attendance Integration
The HRMS has interfaces set up to work with most major time and attendance (time clock) systems. Any systems that do not have a current interface can be imported into the HRIS through text files.
General Ledger Reporting and Interface
All payroll and financial information can be exported out of the HRMS and interfaced with many major General Ledger systems.
Payroll Check Processing
Payroll processing at our corporate office located in Dallas, Texas. Local processing at over 20 offices nationwide can and will be used when needed or last minute. Payroll is shipped to the client via FedEx and/or UPS. We need 48 hours prior to payroll delivery.
Payroll Tax Filing and Compliance
OrchestrateHR Solutions handles all of the payroll tax filing, eliminating a major burden for the clients. Clients no longer need to file 941s or W2s with the IRS.
Deductions taken from employee’s wages to pay mandated fines and/or fees as required by law (e.g., child support payments, IRS payments, etc.).
Deductions for child support payments may be taken out of an employee’s wages and issued to the appropriate agency for payment.
Electronic deposit of an employee’s paycheck into appointed bank account rather than receiving a physical check. This is available for unlimited accounts.
Unemployment Claims Administration
Once a client terminates an employee, the employer’s responsibility is to provide a notice of separation to OrchestrateHR. After that it is OrchestrateHR’s responsibility to assist with any unemployment claims, all the way to an unemployment hearing, if necessary.
