On-line access to payroll features from an employer and employee standpoint. All of the client’s payrolls are entered, produced, and reported through the HRIS.
On-line access to employee benefits. Employees and employers may access and/or view all benefits received/offered.
Management Self-Serve/Employee Self-Serve
Both managers and employees will have access to view any of their information on-line. Managers will also be able to change information in accordance with their security level, which is set by the system administrator.
Import / Export Capability
Certain client and employee information can be imported directly into the HRIS, allowing for easier set-ups and transitions. The HRIS can also export most of its information into formats that can be read by all major business applications.
Employees have the ability to clock in and out via the time and attendance function within the HRIS anywhere they have internet access. Managers have the ability to make “real time” corrections since the time and attendance system is a part of the HRIS.
Time and Attendance Interface
The HRIS has interfaces set up to work with most major time and attendance (time clock) systems. Any systems that do not have a current interface can be imported into the HRIS through text files.
Access to reports on all facets of HR (Payroll, Benefits, Personnel) as well as ad hoc report writing functionality.

On-demand access to all employee files in a secure enviornment.
