- Custom Job Descriptions
Assistance in creating customized job descriptions for every current and future position. Having set job descriptions can help employees to understand their role in the company and what is expected of them.
- Customized Employee Policy Manual
If the client has no employee policy manual, one will be created from scratch by their HR Representative. If the client has an existing policy manual, their manual will be reviewed and supplemented by our certified Human Resource professionals.E-Learning and On-line University
Training and learning programs that individuals can take on-line via the Internet to enhance their knowledge in both compliance and job performance.
- Discipline and Termination Assistance
Assistance with disciplining and/or terminating an employee and ensuring that all laws and guidelines are followed.
- Wage Verification
There are many cases where an employee’s wages need to be verified, such as unemployment claims, child support claims, and mortgage financing. OrchestrateHR will provide wage verification reports for these entities.
